YOUR PROJECT, OUR PROCESS

Product Analysis & Design
MINGYU MOULD can help customer with the product analysis and suggest. We can make the 2D/3D drawing of the product according to the received samples or custom design as per customer’s requirement.
Mold Quote
The professional sales team of MINGYU MOULD will quote the mold price within 24 hours after receiving the detail inquiry from the customers. Detail information will be include in the quotation, such as suggest mold steel, gate type, cavity number,etc.
Mold Design
After confirming the order and receiving the advance payment, our professional design team will analysis the mold structure and design the mold within 5 days. We will send the 3D mold drawings for customer’s checking.

After confirming the mold drawings, we will start the manufacture of the mold, and we will send customers the progress reports every week.
Mold Trial Test and Low Volume Production
After the mold being made and assembled, we will do the trial test of the mold with the required plastic material of customer, and send the test samples to customers for checking. Low volume production is also accepted if customer required.
Mold Packing and Delivery
After the mold being finished and customer approving the samples, we will pack the mold with the exporting standard wooden box, and ship to customers by air or by sea.
